What packaging do you use?
We use a range of packaging dependant on the product. However, we recognise the importance of driving sustainability throughout the business. As part of our sustainability policy, we pledge to comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, continually improve and reduce our environmental impact, incorporate environmental factors into business decisions and increase employee awareness and training. We do not use single-use plastic and where possible, we work with suppliers who have initiatives to minimise their own carbon footprint.
Do your products come chilled or frozen?
Chokdee is a full-service food solutions business and as such can supply you with fresh, chilled and frozen products to meet your exact requirements. We work with partners to develop products that support kitchen operations across the UK.
Do you offer gluten free, vegan etc?
Our extensive capability enables us to adapt to meet your restaurant’s exact needs and requirements. Many of our existing dishes are gluten free. We also produce a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes for restaurants across the UK.
Do you have product specifications?
Yes, we can supply product specifications on request. Get in touch for details.
Are you Halal certified?
While our premises are not Halal-certified, please be assured that all our poultry is sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.
Are you accredited?
Yes we are SALSA (Safe and Local Accredited Supplier) accredited.
